me the initial inspiration. My friends, family, and online fitness support group are what keep me going though. I have made it my mission to share with others the importance of having a balanced diet. You need the right amount of carbs, protein, and fat, as well as lots of veggies, some fruit, and the occasional cheat meal. It's like I tell all my clients: It's 80% nutrition, 20% workout.
