Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 3/4 Cup of Milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon, optional
  • Honey, Stevia, or Agave Nectar, optional

Directions
