Ginger Snaps

Ingredients

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, white sugar, oil, molasses, and egg. In another medium bowl, stir flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, clove, and salt together. Pour flour mixture into the wet mixture and stir to combine. Shape 1 ¼ inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
