    1. Blend all ingredients except parmesan cheese. Make sure it is mixed well, then pour on top of your favorite bed of greens! Allow about 2 Tbs of dressing for every 1 cup of greens. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and you can also set aside some extra whole pine nuts to put on as welll.
