- 3/4 Cup Pine Nuts lightly toasted
- 1/2 tsp Tarragon
- 1/4 tsp Lemon Peel grated
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg ground
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 Tbs Parmesan Cheese for garnish
- Blend all ingredients except parmesan cheese. Make sure it is mixed well, then pour on top of your favorite bed of greens! Allow about 2 Tbs of dressing for every 1 cup of greens. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and you can also set aside some extra whole pine nuts to put on as welll.
