- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 large egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon powder sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a frying pan over medium-low heat, lightly grease the pan. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine milk and vinegar, let sit 5 minutes. Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly. Pour ⅓ cup of pancake batter onto pan. When ready to flip, pancakes will have small holes form on top and the edges start to look firm about 2 minutes. Flip and cook about 1 additional minute.
