The ingredients include parmesan cheese, asparagus, a fried egg, and toast. Plus, you may add a little seasoning or sauces of your choosing. The savory flavor in fresh shaved parmesan is a great combination with the mellow, earthy taste of asparagus. These two compliment each other well. The fried egg is a nice touch and lends itself to the breakfast category. When you layer these three ingredients in two pieces of toast, it makes for a wonderful sandwich.
