Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

  • 1 (3-9 pound) turkey breast or roast
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary dried or 1 tablespoon fresh
  • 1 teaspoon sage dried
  • 1 teaspoon thyme dried or 1 tablespoon fresh
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. In a medium bowl, combine garlic, rosemary, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil; once fully combined, brush evenly over turkey and bake turkey according to package directions.
