Peach and Yogurt Popsicles

  • 16 ounces of frozen peaches
  • 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. Thaw frozen peaches slightly and blend into a smooth puree. Add 1 tablespoon of peach purée into 8 popsicle molds.
  2. In a small bowl, stir 4 tablespoons of purée and honey into vanilla yogurt.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt mixture then alternate with another tablespoon of peach purée, repeat. Topping off with yogurt mixture. Freeze popsicles for 8 hours or overnight.
